2023 "Vietnam Talent" Award honors outstanding innovations
(VOVWORLD) - The 2023 "Vietnam Talent" Award ceremony took place in Hanoi on Wednesday to honor the creativity of Vietnamese people and encourage scientific research.

This year’s awards recognized outstanding individuals and groups in five categories: digital technology, science and technology, medicine and pharmaceuticals, agriculture and rural development, and self-learning.
Addressing the event, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized that "Talent is the vital resource of the nation." The tradition of nurturing, honoring and utilizing talented people has constantly been upheld through generations, he said.
“I hope that individuals and groups honored with the ‘Vietnam Talent’ Award will continue to have more ideas and create more scientific works to contribute more to the community, society, and the sustainable development of the country.
The "Vietnam Talent" Award was initiated in 2005 by the Vietnam Education Promotion Fund and the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT). To date, the award has attracted more than 3,600 entries.
