(VOVworld) - The 25th session of the National Assembly Standing Committee will open this Thursday.
During the two-day meeting, the committee will discuss some draft laws, including the Law on Environmental Protection (revised), the Law on Construction (revised), the Notary Law (revised), the Law on Public Investment and Immigration and Residence of Foreigners in Vietnam, the Customs Law (revised) and the Law on Bankruptcy (revised). They will also give opinions amendments and supplements to the Law on Civil Aviation.
The lawmakers will discuss a proposal by the Chief Justice of the Supreme People’s Court on the appointment of members serving at the Council of Judges.
