(VOVWORLD) - From 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Vietnam recorded 3,698 new COVID-19 cases: 1 imported case and 3,697 domestic cases. Ho Chi Minh City reported 2,334 cases, down by half compared to Tuesday evening.

The caseload in the past 24 hours was 6,559. 4 cases were imported and 6,555 were recorded in the country with 4,449 cases in Ho Chi Minh City.
On Wednesday 4,511 patients were announced cured.
As of Wednesday, Vietnam recorded a total of 120,819 COVID-19 cases, of which 27,457 cases recovered.
