5 more Covid-19 patients recover, 90 cured in total
(VOVWORLD) - 5 more COVID-19 patients were declared making a full recovery on Saturday, bringing the total number of discharged patients in Vietnam so far to 90, said the National Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control.
The 5 patients include 4 who were treated at Ho Chi Minh City’s Cu Chi field hospital and 1 treated at Da Nang Hospital.
2 of the patients are US citizens. The three remaining patients had travelled to coronavirus-hit countries such as the UK and France before returning to Vietnam.
The Ministry of Health in the early Saturday morning confirmed 2 more cases of the coronavirus, bringing the country’s total tally to 239.
