9 million foreign tourists visit Vietnam in 7 months
(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam welcomed more than 9 million foreign visitors in the past seven months, up 25% from last year, according to the General Statistics Office.

In July alone, Vietnam greeted nearly 1.2 million international tourists, a month-on-month increase of 0.5%. Two thirds of the visitors were from Asian countries including China, Japan, and South Korea.
Vietnam hopes to serve 16 million foreign tourists and 80 million domestic tourists this year.
