(VOVworld) – The National Assembly’s Legislative Institute published its book on Vietnam’s constitution on Friday. The book analyzes fundamental values of the 2013 Constitution and new aspects regarding human rights, the state apparatus, state organization and national election council. Deputy National Assembly Chairman Uong Chu Luu believed that the publication will help the implementation of the Constitution and celebrates the 70^th anniversary of the 1^st election of the National Assembly.
