Activities held to boost Vietnam-Japan ties
(VOVWORLD) - A seminar on Vietnam-Japan friendship was held in Hoi An city on Sunday as part of Japanese cultural days in Quang Nam province to celebrate the 45th anniversary of bilateral diplomatic ties.
Speaking at the event, Vice Chairman of the Quang Nam Provincial People’s Committee Tran Van Tan highlighted the development of bilateral ties and expanded cooperation in culture, education, science and technology.
Vice Chairman of the Hoi An Municipal People’s Committee Nguyen Van Son praised Japan’s assistance in research, preservation and promotion of heritages of Hoi An which has developed a time-honored relationship with Japan.
