Mr. Huynh cut the ribbon to inaugurate the Cua Viet Victory Monument on Friday, offered incenses in commemoration of martyrs at Quang Tri ancient citadel, and released flower lanterns to pay homage to fallen soldiers on the Thach Han river.
The Communist Party online newspaper and the Bank for Social Beneficiaries gave 100 savings books, each worth 50 USD, to the families of 100 martyrs, war invalids, and sick soldiers in Ha Giang province.
