During a meeting on Wednesday, the Minister, who is also Head of the Prime Minister’s Working Group, called for breakthrough in administrative reform to review and reduce unofficial costs, improve state management and remove business obstacles for growth. Minister Dung said:  “The government has resolutely directed the removal of business conditions and administrative procedures concerning specialized inspection in imports and exports. Unnecessary, unclear and unspecified procedures should be removed by the third quarter this year.”
