Algeria hails Vietnam’s development achievements
(VOVworld) – Vietnam’s successes in economic development set a good example for Algeria to learn from, said Speaker of the Algerian Council of the Nation Abdelkader Bensalah at a reception for outgoing Vietnamese Ambassador to Algeria Vu The Hiep on Tuesday. Bensalah said Algeria wants to enhance multi-faceted cooperation with Vietnam.

Both officials said they believe that bilateral cooperation will be broadened in the future.
Hiep said the trust and mutual understanding between the two nations have been promoted by regular delegation exchanges at all levels. Two-way trade rose from 132 million USD in 2012 to 250 million USD in 2014.
