Belgium, Vietnam mark 45 years of diplomatic ties
(VOVWORLD) - Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and Belgian Prime Minister Charles Michel exchanged letters of congratulation to mark 45 years of Vietnam-Belgium diplomatic relations on Thursday.
Congratulation letters were also exchanged between Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh and his Belgian counterpart Didier Reynders.
