A powerful explosion rocked the Mexico City headquarters of state-owned oil giant Pemex on Thursday, killing at least 14 people and wounding 80. The explosion caused major damage to the ground floor and blew bricks onto the street. Workers were fleeing in panic. Police have blockaded the area. Secretary of the Interior Miguel Angel Osorio Chong said on TV that the cause of the explosion has not been determined and the death toll may increase.
