Building Vietnamese law-governed socialist state by the people, for the people
(VOVWORLD) - The Steering Committee for developing the project on building and fine-tuning Vietnamese law-governed socialist state by 2030 with a vision to 2045 convened its second session on Monday.

In his address, President Nguyen Xuan Phuc said: "The NA, the Supreme People’s Court, and Supreme People’s Procuracy, the Ministry of Public Security, the HCM National Politics Academy, the Central Theoretical Council, the Ministry of Justice, and the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences have organized several workshops and seminars to collect opinions on the draft of related issues. Members of the Steering Committee have made efforts to improve the quality of the drafts. Particularly, members of the Compiling Group, experts, and scientists have worked with a high sense of responsibility and in a scientific manner to produce the first draft of the project which is tabled at today’s session."
President Phuc asked the steering committee to focus more the process on building a law-governed state and analyzed its results and constrains to build a Vietnamese law-governed socialist state by the people and for the people. The draft project will be submitted to the Party Politburo and the Party Central Committee.
