(VOVworld) - The Foreign Ministry held a conference in Hanoi on Friday to promote relations with the Middle East and Africa.
Delegates called for a new policy framework for the cooperation to meet emerging needs in foreign affairs following the 12th national Party Congress. The event is an opportunity to share experience and hold direct talks between policy makers and provinces, business community and Vietnamese ambassadors in the Middle East and Africa.
