(VOVworld) - Deputy Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai urged for efficient and safe construction of the Thang Long - Quang Ninh thermal power plant.
Speaking in the ground breaking ceremony in Hoanh Bo district on Thursday, Hai said the province should cooperate with investors in vocational training for local people to promote labor restructuring.
The plant will be Vietnam’s first private invested thermal power project and generate more than 4,000 gigawatts per hour annually.
