(VOVworld) – Deputy Prime Minster Vu Duc Dam stressed the task of radical and comprehensive reform of education, including tertiary education, at Friday’s ceremony to mark the 60^th anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh University of Industry.

Mr. Dam said self-reliance should be one of key measures for improving tertiary education, praising the University for voluntarily implementing self-reliance mechanism.  He also expressed his hope that the Ho Chi Minh University of Industry would lead the national educational reform and bestowed on it the Independence Order, third class.
