(VOVworld)- On Sunday, the Ha Tinh Provincial People’s Committee and the Ministry of Health a ceremony commemorating famous physician Le Huu Trac’s 225^th death anniversary. Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and local leaders were among other participants at the event. Le Huu Trac (1720-1791) was born in Lieu Xa village, Duong Hao district, Hai Duong province but spent most of his life in Huong Son district, Ha Tinh province. He was a great physician, outstanding poet, writer, and scholar famous for his humane ideology. On the occasion, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism presented Ha Tinh province a certificate recognizing the local Hai Thuong Lan Ong festival a national intangible cultural heritage.
