Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh

(VOVworld) – Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh made a telephone call to the Chinese State Councilor Yang Jiechi on Thursday on the occasion of the Lunar New Year. Both sides discussed their bilateral ties and agreed to boost the coordinating role of the Vietnam-China steering committee for bilateral cooperation. They also agreed to successfully hold the 7^th session of the committee in Hanoi in the middle of 2014 and to work closely together to implement the common awareness of the top leaders of the two Parties.
