Dien Hong Award honors 83 journalistic works on National Assembly

(VOVWORLD) - The third Dien Hong award ceremony, dedicated to honoring journalistic works on the National Assembly (NA) and People’s Councils, will take place in Hanoi on Sunday as part of activities marking the 79th anniversary of the first NA general election, January 6.

83 best works, including 8 A prizes, 15 B prizes, 20 C prizes, and 40 consolation prizes, will be honored at the ceremony. The event will be live broadcast on Voice of Vietnam and Vietnam Television.
While attending the rehearsal of the award ceremony on Saturday and inspecting preparation works for the "Dien Hong Moments" exhibition, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man said that this year’s award ceremony will have many new features, adding press agencies should continue to promote the dissemination before, during and after the award ceremony, so that voters can see the role and tasks of the National Assembly and People’s Councils.
