Draft revised Capital Law offers many incentives for Hanoi

(VOVWORLD) - National Assembly deputies on Tuesday discussed the draft revised Capital Law and agreed that the document offers many new initiatives to make the Capital the representative of the entire nation.

Deputy Ta Dinh Thi of Hanoi agreed on an additional regulation allowing higher education institutions, vocational education institutions, and other public scientific and technological organizations in Hanoi to establish enterprises.

He said that this  will help the capital become the leading hub for scientific, technological development and innovation in the country:

This regulation plays an important role in accelerating the process of bringing the results of scientific and technological research to the market, Mr. Thi said.

“It will help form a circular ecosystem between research, transfer, and commercialization of products, and reinvestment in research and development.”
