(VOVWORLD) -The Department of National Science and Technology held a seminar in Hanoi on Wednesday to collect opinions on a draft White Book on Information and Communications Technology (ICT) of Vietnam for 2017.

The White Book covers ICT intellectual property, innovation, development at a local level, standards, measurements, and atomic energy.
