Dutch reach no conclusion about who shot down flight MH17
(VOVworld) - Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17 was shot down over eastern Ukraine by a Russian-made Buk missile, the Dutch Safety Board concluded on Tuesday in its final report on the crash last July that killed all 298 people on board, most of them Dutch.

The Dutch-led inquiry did not identify who launched the missile but delineated a 320-square-kilometre area in eastern Ukraine from which the missile must have been fired.
Tuesday's findings were swiftly dismissed by the Russian missile maker Almaz-Antey, which said its tests showed the jet was likely shot down by an outdated version of the BUK missile no longer used by Russia.
