Nguyen Thien Phuc, CEO of Innovative Hub Vietnam said that businesses need to utilize digitization in their marketing strategies and focus more on branding in order to promote their transaction online:

'Businesses need to have website, a trading platform or participate with other parties or partner companies to better utilize the digital platform. We also need to pay more attention to promoting the image of our products to make it easier for customers to find and trust our products,' said Phuc.

Doan Thuy of the Glovimex company said, 'When shifting to e-commerce, our revenue has doubled. Our products are traditional handicrafts and it often costs us a lot of money to participate in trade fairs to introduce our products. Online trading has helped us save travel and personnel costs, approach more customers, receive more order and increase our revenues.'

A study by the Institute for Global Leadership under the US-based Tufts University revealed that Vietnam ranks 48th out of 60 countries and territories globally in terms of rapidly switching to a digital economy, and 22nd in digitization development.
