(VOVworld) – A seminar on encouraging female managers to participate in trade unions’ gender equality goals was held in Hanoi on Tuesday. Delegates spotlighted the need to create appropriate mechanisms and favorable conditions for female officials to fulfill their tasks at work and at home. They emphasized the importance of raising public awareness on gender equality and the role of female officials all levels and in social organizations.
