(VOVworld)- Foreign investment capital of new and expanded projects climbed to nearly 12 billion dollars by July. The Ministry of Planning and Investment said manufacturing and processing industries are the most investment magnets, accounting for over 10 billion dollars registered followed by real estate, retail, hotels and restaurants. Japan continues to take the lead with 4 billion dollars of capital, followed by Singapore and Russia.
