(VOVworld) – The sacrifice of Vietnam’s former youth volunteers for national liberation will be forever remembered by all Vietnamese people. At a Tuesday meeting with the Association for Former Vietnamese Youth Volunteers, President Truong Tan Sang praised the association for its various programs to connect its members to contribute to national socioeconomic development and security. He urged the association’s members to be role models in following President Ho Chi Minh’s teachings and promoting other emulation movements.

He also called on relevant ministries and sectors to adopt appropriate policies to redeem their contributions.
