(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam’s tech giant FPT has announced the establishment of the FPT Automotive company in Texas, the US, in a bid to conquer the billion-dollar automotive software market.
FPT Automotive aims to become a one billion USD software product and services provider for the auto industry by 2030.
It offers a comprehensive suite of engineering services encompassing in-vehicle infotainment, Electronic Control Units (ECU), functional safety, security, automotive UI/UX design, wireless connectivity, and digital engineering.
Truong Gia Binh, Chairman of FPT said the company looks forward to accompanying leading OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) to accelerate the development of the automotive industry, an industry that is being determined by software.
Nguyen Duc Kinh, General Director of FPT Automotive said the company will focus on automotive audio, intelligence integration AI into solutions for SDV, developing CDC solutions, and having a complete AUTOSAR platform to ensure end-to-end development.
