(VOVworld) – For the second consecutive year, Goût de France will celebrate French gastronomy in various locations worldwide on March 21, 2016. 1000 chefs on five continents will participate in the event. Dinners will be served simultaneously in participating restaurants around the world. In Vietnam, the event will be held at 25 French restaurants in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh city, Da Nang, Hoi An and Hue.

Chef Olivier Genique from Le Beaulieu – Hanoi Sofitel Metropole, one of the oldest French restaurant in Hanoi, will be a participant. He said: "Through this event, I want to introduce to customers in Hanoi, in particular, and Vietnam, in general, the essence of the French cooking style. I began my career in 1998 and I have had a chance to work with many renowned French chefs and have learned many French cooking tips. So I’m so happy and honored to introduce these things to Vietnamese customers."
