(VOVworld) - The annual Ha Noi Moi (New Hanoi) newspaper running race for peace 2013 has opened in Hanoi. This is part of activities to mark the 68^th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day September 2. More than 5,000 people joined the qualifying round to prepare for the final run this October with 2,000 competitors.
