(VOVWORLD) - Hanoi is working on a plan to ease certain restrictions in parts of the city after September 15 to ensure safety, heard a meeting of the municipal Party Committee on Monday.
The city has mobilized all available resources to speed up COVID-19 testing, and is striving to complete by Wednesday the first-dose vaccination of all residents above 18.
Expanding mass testing and vaccination is among efforts that Hanoi has made to contain the pandemic and recover.
