(VOVworld) – Thousands of books in numerous genres will be introduced at the 2016 Autumn Book Festival that will take place from September 9-13 in Hanoi.

According to the Ministry of Information and Communication, the Autumn Book Festival aims to inspire enthusiasm for reading among the community, particularly younger generations. It also contributes to the growth of publishing houses, and information technology and communications units. The program will also include exchanges between readers and authors, launching of new publications, and workshops on culture, politics and history.
