Deputy General Director of the Bamboo Airways Truong Phuong Thanh said his company considers Europe a key market in the development of its flight network and tourism and investment products in 2020. The Czech Republic is one of the first destinations it has chosen as a gateway to Europe. Thanh said: “We aim to serve the Vietnamese community in the Czech Republic as well as making Prague a transit point for Vietnamese people in other European countries returning to Hanoi. This is our first flight to the Czech Republic and our first flight to Europe. We hope we can offer more air routes to other European countries in the future.”
