The MoU will help the two sides make more initiatives in bilateral cooperation to open up new prospects for their investment and trade ties, and broaden respective markets in the future. The MoU will also generate opportunities for people of the two sides to become closer for the benefit of their localities. Governor Hideaki Ohmura said his locality wants to work closely with Ho Chi Minh City in agriculture development, urban traffic management, and air transportation.
