(VOVworld) - The Health Ministry held a ceremony in Hanoi on Wednesday to present the insignia for the cause of people’s health to Dr. Franz Jessen, Ambassador and Head of the EU Delegation in Vietnam, for his contribution to the development of the Vietnamese health sector.

During his term, which ended recently, Dr. Franz Jessen played an important role in obtaining from the EU 114 million euros for health care programs in Vietnam from now until 2017.
