At Wednesday’s conference to review the Lunar New Year and the socio-economic situation in January and set out tasks and solutions in February, Mr. Nen said  that from now until the end of the year, the city must make greater efforts and surpass the set plan with effective solutions. 

“We have to quickly launch activities that require management, determination, aggressiveness, and flexibility and must be more specific. Greater efforts should be made to decentralize, delegate authority, tighten discipline, improve the efficiency of public services, promote regular tasks and respond to possible emergencies. We must focus on the most important factor which is social investment,” he said.
