Ho Chi Minh City urged to promote harmonious development
(VOVWORLD) - Party General Secretary and President Nguyen Phu Trong chaired a working session with Ho Chi Minh City’s Party Committee to review documents and personnel plans prepared for the upcoming municipal Party congress.

During the session on Thursday, the Party leader and President praised the municipal determination to uphold renewal view in line with local development:
“It’s necessary to rekindle local people’s pride in renovation and traditional bravery. The municipal Party Committee should be aware of its significant role in promoting that pride, ” said Mr. Trong.
Mr. Trong asked Ho Chi Minh City’s Party Committee in its new terms to promote harmonious development across sectors, especially environmental protection and unity.
