The project implemented in An Van Duong new urban area in Hue city costs more than 22 million USD. The project aims to develop the first traditional smart city in Vietnam focusing on promoting the development of information technology, virtual reality technology, and cinema industry. The project is part of the master program on promoting smart urban services in Thua Thien Hue province until 2020 and vision to 2025.
