(VOVworld) – National Assembly deputies discussed the draft law on the oversight of the National Assembly and People’s Councils on Wednesday.

Issues of major concern include the oversight of legal documents, hearings, and votes of confidence. Huynh Nghia, a deputy for Da Nang says: “Those subject to Q&A sessions will not be allowed to authorize their subordinates to answer. I recommend that hearings at provincial People’s Councils be broadcast live for voters to follow.”
The deputies also discussed the draft law on professional military personnel and defense workers.
