Indian Consul General Abhay Thakur

Mr. Thakur said India always admires and stays side by side with Vietnam in the past struggle for national independence and the current development process. The diplomat stressed that relations with Vietnam have received the highest consensus among Indian political parties and India considers the Southeast Asian country a special friend.
