According to the initiative, that all parties would resume talks and after 18 months, the UN will declare Palestine a unity government despite whether or not talks brought any agreement. Addressing a joint press conference with French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius, Netanyahu said peace would only come from direct negotiations between the two parties and without conditions.
