(VOVworld) – November 9^th will be observed as Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam as proposed by the Ministry of Justice to the Prime Minister for approval. Law Day 2013 will be held nationwide to honor the Constitution and laws and to educate the public on obedience to the law. It aims to highlight the role of the Constitution and laws in state management and social life, the basic contents of the 1992 constitutional revision, and important laws to be considered and approved at the upcoming National Assembly session.
