(VOVworld) – The Ministry of Justice has announced plans to organize a “Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam”.

Tran Tien Dung, the Ministry’s spokesman, said the theme of Law Day this year is “All people build, comply, and protect the Constitution for a prosperous people, strong nation, democracy, equality, and civilization” to reflect the principal of “all state power belongs to the people”.

Law Day will take place from November 4 to 10 and the launch ceremony will be on November 9.  

2013 is the first year in which Vietnam will observe Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. It marks an important social, political, and judicial milestone in Vietnam when the National Assembly will have approved the revised Constitution for national industrialization, modernization, and the international integration process.
