(VOVworld) – Members of the NA Standing Committee gave opinions on the draft law on the State responsibility for compensation at the ongoing meeting on Tuesday.

They said the compensation should respect agreements between parties involved and avoid resolving damage compensation through administrative procedures.

According to the deputies, the most important thing is that the parties concerned should reach consensus on the level of damage and compensation.
