Dong Thap city in the Mekong Delta, which shares a border with Cambodia’s Prayveng province, has set up 21 fixed and 18 mobile checkpoints on duty round the clock.
Authorities in Bac Lieu province have called for strict adherence to all COVID-19 precautions, including wearing masks, disinfecting hands, maintaining a safe distance, avoiding large gatherings, and making health declarations. Violations will be punished.
In Quang Binh province, a vaccination campaign began Tuesday for front-line workers.
