In a 4-point resolution signed and sent to the Vietnamese Embassy in Mexico by 7 Mexican parliamentary delegations, the Zacatecas parliament called on China and Vietnam to find a political solution and dialogue to the East Sea issue under international law. The document said the Zacatecas Parliament had asked the Mexican Federal Parliament and the Foreign Ministry to request the UN to appropriately intervene and address the issue from multilateral points of view, while sending a message of peace to the Embassies of the related countries, expressing its hope that all disputes will be settled under international law.
