Ministry of Information and Communications inaugurates e-notary service
(VOVWORLD) - The Ministry of Information and Communications inaugurated the CCOL app, an online notary service, at the “Vietnam Digital Technology’s Challenges” Forum in Hanoi.

CCOL is the first application in Vietnam to offer online notary service, connecting customers and notary agencies nationwide. This is an important content in administrative reform and e-government implementation.
Online notary service will help save time and cost for both the people and administrative agencies.
