Moscow attack: Detainees in Dagestan provide money, weapons to suspects

(VOVWORLD) -Four suspects detained Sunday in Russia's Dagestan Republic on terrorism charges were directly involved in the attack on the Crocus City Hall concert, the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) said Monday.

The suspects provided money and weapons to the concert hall attackers, the FSB said in a statement, adding that they were allegedly plotting a terrorist attack in a park in the city of Kaspiysk.

11 suspects involved in the attack have been arrested. 4 of them are facing terrorism charges.

The Russian Interior Ministry has completed drafting a bill that calls for tightening state controls over immigration, and has submitted it to the Russian government for review. The bill provides for the expansion of legal grounds for the use of modern means and methods of control over foreign citizens’ entry and stay in Russia.
