National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue checks election preparations in Tuyen Quang province

He praised Tuyen Quang province’s good preparations in line with relevant legal regulations while ensuring absolute safety amid current complex developments of COVID-19. He called for updates of candidates’ profiles and a program of actions so that voters can practice their rights during the election:

'Information technology should be promoted to ensure proper selection of candidates and meetings with voters. Radio and TV should broadcast candidates’ profiles and programs of actions. Online meetings and interaction between candidates and voters should be held to support voters’ right practicing in line with the law and local conditions,' said Hue.

The National Assembly Chairman also asked the province to perform the twin tasks of boosting economic development and containing the pandemic control while ensuring social security.
