(VOVWORLD) - The Law on Cadres and Public Servants and the Law on Public Employees are high on the agenda of the current session of the NA Standing Committee.
Lawmakers will consider the NA’s 2020 draft law and ordinance building program, the draft program on oversight activities of the NA and the NA Standing Committee, and preparations for the next NA session. Also on the agenda are the draft Law on Exit and Entry of Vietnamese Citizens, the draft Law on the Organization of the government and local administration and revisions to the Law on Securities.
Also tabled for discussion are a list of projects to be funded by reserve funding of the mid-term public investment plan (2016-2020) and a report on oversight of land planning, land management, and land use in urban areas since the 2013 Land Law took effect.
