(VOVworld) – The 8^th session of the 13^th National Assembly is expected to approve Laws on the organization of the National Assembly, Government, local authorities, and the Supreme People’s Procuracy.

The 7th session of the 13th National Assembly

The draft Law on the National Assembly Organization is expected to clearly define the role and responsibility of each National Assembly unit to avoid overlap.

The 2001 Law on Government Organization has been revised in line with new regulations provided in the 2013 Constitution about State organization and authority. It aims to streamline the operation of the Government to make it more effective.

The revision of the draft Law on the organization of local authorities aims to assure effective operation and unified state administration and bring into full play the people’s mastery role in overseeing the operation of local authorities.
